I’ve just started running, but it’s painful and unpleasant. What’s wrong?

Nothing’s wrong! The people who effortlessly run an hour everyday have put in plenty of time and practice to get there. If you’re a non-runner, or haven’t run in a long time, there’s definitely going to be a period where your body will hurt. But when you get used to running; you will feel fine. The world-class coaches we work with say that for most people, things get much easier at the two-week mark, so stick with it!
