How do I do a speed workout?

You might see speed workouts in the PAI Coach app. But don’t worry, these don’t mean sprinting, and they definitely don’t mean running fast for the entire workout. With speed workouts, you’ll spend most of these runs at an easy jogging pace, and will only accelerate into a speed zone for one or two minutes at a time. Between reps you can take plenty of rest. Do the reps whenever you’re ready, and on the flattest terrain you can find.
