Why are some weeks easier than others?

Each week of training that Mio PAI Coach gives you is designed to stress your body just enough to make it adapt. To do this, your body needs time to recover and rebuild. This is what the recovery weeks are for—you’re still training, but not hard enough to tire you out. It’s giving your body the chance to “absorb” the harder training of the previous weeks. During a recovery week, you might feel underworked, or you might feel that it’s a really welcome break. Regardless, you’ll notice its effect when you get into your next hard training week.
