Why are my workouts not syncing with Mio PAI Coach?

There are a couple of reasons this might be happening. Not to worry, they are easy to fix:

1. Please ensure you have version 2.0.17 or above of PAI 2, if not please update via iTunes

2. Please ensure you have firmware version 1.2.0 or above for your SLICE. You can update your SLICE firmware within the setting tab in PAI 2

3. You must be logged into PAI 2 app and PAI Coach app with the same account details

4. When going for a scheduled run you must record the workout on your SLICE. To do this, long press the button for 2 seconds on the SLICE and when you’re finished your workout, long press the button again.

5. Once the run is complete you need to sync the SLICE with PAI 2. PAI Coach can then sync all the necessary data
