This plan looks too easy. Can I change it?
If you’ve answered the program set-up questions honestly, it’s very unlikely that the program is actually too easy. A correctly set up program looks and feels easy to start with, but this is only to get your body ready for the harder work down the line. Remember, the program only gets harder as you go along, so setting it up such that it starts hard, it will be impossible to complete and not be beneficial. We’d recommend you stick with your program for at least a few weeks. If it still doesn’t feel challenging, you can regenerate the program.
