My “Long” and “Easy” workouts are the same length - what’s the difference?

The short answer is that there is no difference! But, they won’t stay the same for long. The length of workouts is determined by your starting fitness, with a minimum length of 10 minutes. With a low starting fitness, this can result in earlier workouts being identical, even though they have different names. The names refer to the role that workout plays in your training week, and this becomes more obvious as you progress through the program. You’ll notice your “Long” workouts end up significantly longer than your “Easy” ones.
