What is the estimated PAI number?
It’s an estimate of how much PAI you will gain if you complete the workout as planned. As your PAI score is a reflection of how active you’ve been over the last few days—and the benefit it’s had on your health—it’s not easy to know what impact a workout will have on your score. The PAI estimator looks at your current PAI, considers your recent activity, and calculates what your PAI will be after doing the workout. The difference between your current score and the calculation of your PAI after doing the workout is the PAI estimate. It should make it easier to understand and use PAI as you train towards your health goals.
