My ALPHA 2 Bluetooth connection isn't working. What can I do?
If you were previously able to connect to smartphone apps but now you cannot, a factory reset will restore your Bluetooth Smart (4.0) connection. Follow this sequence to perform a factory reset:
- Hold both buttons for 2 seconds (until you hear 2 quick beeps), and then keep holding the right button but let go of the left one until it shows the system info.
- Release the right button
- Press the right button once
After that ALPHA 2 will be reset, and any saved workout files or device settings will be deleted.
Press and hold any button to wake ALPHA 2 up. You can manually reconfigure your device settings with the buttons, or connect to Mio GO to restore the settings saved there.
